I agree, although I would like to see other types to address new challenges.

Yes I agree to that. Because, now a days solutions are applied for instant result in everything/everywhere without a forcasting attitude and vision. This will cause the solution to be a question for tomorrow

The new generation will face a lot of problems in the future as they have a laugh away attitude towards future. All kinds of pollutions are simple examples for yesterday' solutions. The two boons of humans ''creativity and thinking'' should be defragmented in human beings inorder to be used brilliantly for applying a right and lasting solution for a better tomorrow.

This question needs a wide and deep discussions with intellectuals.

“The problem, often not discovered until late in life, is that when you look for things in life like love, meaning, motivation, it implies they are sitting behind a tree or under a rock. The most successful people in life recognize, that in life they create their own love, they manufacture their own meaning, they generate their own motivation. For me, I am driven by two main philosophies, know more today about the world than I knew yesterday. And lessen the suffering of others. You'd be surprised how far that gets you.

Many times there is insufficient time to prepare the adequate solution so the primary focus becomes just finding a quick-fix for the problem. This attitude often results in not thinking thoroughly all the implications of the “quick-fix” (our short-term solution) and results in new problems being created further up the road.

Hence, I agree with your point of view.

The question that we can pose then is: what can we do to revert this way of thinking and working in our organizations?

Anything which is best today will definitely get obsolete tomoroww and then it will be problem that will be replace by bettre solution. Change is essential.

The solution Achieved Must be Result oriented,It must not be simply a Temporary fix. If solution obtained is not appropriate then definetly it will be a problem.

True, that is why it is told "Knowledge or Innovation is an never ending process" but each problem & its solution cycle will surely add 'Lots of Value' in each process of resolving it.

I would say today's opportunities are a  result of yesterday's unsatisfied challenges.
