I think FOOD, CLOTH AND SHELTER is main need of any human being. After that he should be good human being understanding well meaining of humanity.
The priorities of any human being will vary from one individual to the next, depending on the definition of their true happiness according to their passion and their reasoning for their own existence. Some people's priorities are purely spiritual, others are fiscal, or physical but a truely happy person has a combination of all three. I like to maintain an equilbrium, a balance of some sorts placing my number one priority as an attempt to please my creator-Allah SWT- by seeking to implement what I learn from the Quran and the Sunnah into my everyday life through my actions and words.Secondly, I prioritize according to need- such as marriage, having children, house, career, attaining knowledge, expressing emotion, remaining healthy, and constantly improving my qualities. :)

Dear brother Worship is the main priority of human life,even food, shelter, Health (Mind, Body fitness, and Spiritual),Financial stability all depends up on the mercy of Allah(Almighty). so priority should givein only to Allah(Almighty).Even your first priority reached sucess the others should come infront of you easily beyond your knowledge.
