What do I do with the student who has good ideas but writes sloppily and spells poorly?

These are common problems even in the native English speakers. What we do is that we prepare a list of hard words from the lesson and give these students as their home task. If they learn it accurately we give them some incentive.

For poor handwriting I have designed a one month course. Each day with a new task by using4 line pages and carbon pencil. These students improve100% in my supervision and they show extreme excitement when they compare their new handwriting with the previous one.
