An insured takes two personal Accident policy one lakh each with two insurers.One insurer pays one lakh. what is the liability of the other?

Thank you very much, I assume that lakh is a currency unit and attempt to answer the question as hereunder :-

despite that we have one insured and tow insurance policies covering the same risk ,the liability and claim settlement should be by the tow insurers one lakh by each as the policy in question is a personal accident insurance policy . However , otherwise we apply the average .i.e50% each insuer of the total amount of claim one Lakh.
