I am not sure which field is fitted for me but I am working in customer service field. How to change career which is different from what you started?

Define the career your are interested in and start developing the skills required for that career. Participate in charitable bodys using this career to gain practical experience and discover your waeknesses to plan for improving them.

Take a deep breath and search with in you finally what you want to be. The deep passion you have in you to be. Or since you are customer oriented try next levels like Sales and Marketing field or HRD is very interesting. Why I advise with authority is similarly me too changed career when I was 24 yrs old from Head of Customer service. Figure out your Strengths and weakness. You will be the best judje.
