When is it ideal to start teaching phonetics at Primary level?

From my own personal & professional experience , teaching Phonetics ( The Science that studies Speech sounds & everything related to them , from their Production , Transmission , Reception , all the way to their Analysis , Classification & Transcription ) ought to start at a young tender early stage of someone' Academic Life . Simply because studying English as a First or Second Language is a holistic approach-based Process , that contains Elements & Components that are constantly & consistently  looked upon as mutually exclusive from one another , yet , inextricably intertwined , interwoven , & ,  interlinked , & , cannot function in a vacuum & in isolation from their surroundings . And here , i am referring to the main Aspects of the English Language , which can be divvied up into4 distinct Categories of ( Reading - Writing - Speaking - Listening ) . No one can ever be that good in English , without being that good in all of these four Classifications . And Phonetics is an integral & integrant part of all of them , especially in the Speaking sphere . And If you want to do something , you need not only to do it your self , but also you have to do it right . Anything other than that is just lackadaisical , slacking , flip- flopping & a complete waste of time . Now , some would argue that teaching Students Phonetics , especially at the Primary level is somewhat far-fetched , & , could prove to be counter-productive . I agree , & , there's an element of truth to that . However , the human brain is built-up , created , set-up  & wired in a manner that would allow it just as easily to comprehend & understand the difficult of all tasks , assignments & mind-challenging & thought-provoking issues & cases . So , if an accumulative , gradual , incremental , step-by-step , careful , considerate , well-thought-out , well-executed , well-undertaken , well followed-up-on approach is taken up , adopted , applied , & , gingerly tweaked & tinkered as the time goes on , i bet every one's bottom dollar that children at the primary level would be able to wrap their heads around the intricacies of the Phonetics scientific filed , period . Furthermore , Rome wasn't built in  a day . So , as time develops , so dose the Brain . It , simultaneously , evolves & evolves in a parallel manner with the times . So . one should not dread taking the plunge into the depths of the English Language , & , Phonetics is no exception ! . ( & That's the way it goes ) .
