What is the most difficult attitude you faced in your career?

Unsatisfied behaviour from superior and unavailability / refusal to discuss and solve the confusion.

I can't see myself after5 or10 years in the same place especially when the salary is too low.

f your junior or senior staff takes your instruction (behavior) personally and start to act in that way. This will be very difficult situation and one should take care on own attitude which will create this situation in organization.

Normally, Attitude is a result of a thinking or a feedback taken plus the self-behavior which supported to conclude such attitude....Normally the first shock can't be forgotten easily... but by time people need to practice or use methods to be blended in such environment without affecting self-development.... instead they will start slowly affecting others by spreading the positive attitude....

When I agreed to work in the company of investment properties , I forgot  to ask, "is there regular accounts" so i  surprised that there was not  accountant3 years ago and found papers and documents exist in boxs as if piles of rubbish, but I have not surrendered , I worked on these securities from the start for3 months and was able to bring out the full accounts for projects investment " thanks to God", and happy that I made ​​something out of nothing , but the employer did not appreciate my work
