How primary teaching and delivering of professional training is an indirect way of social care?

Any learned thing not in a prolong use gets diminshed and takes the back seat due to lack of practice. Inorder to get things alive we need to refresh it and set the primary teachings to recall in social practices. It sounds many a time like a childish act..but these are very vital for getting social care presence mindset in public exhibits. We behave in public by our primary teaching and we hone our skills and talent by professional training. Directly or indirectly our behabviour in public or socially is combination of our teachings and training we have gone thru in our life. Thus impacting is clearly seen in our behaviour and gestures leading to social care
