We all always talk about helping each other but in real how many has hired someone from bayt.com or some one referred someone to any position. As  tall claims looks good anywhere but real stuff matters?

This is nice but i havent come across anything like that where the peoples references landed you a job. The external help or the references help you in finding the job but its not garaunteed that you get the job, they act as an support or motivation to move further with your search and ultimately you get what you deserve.
