I guess it would be good if its mix of both. But again depends on personal choice
if you are young and energetic then you should join5 star company- it will guarantee you a smooth and upward career path with opportunities to grow and learn and eventually reach High Salary Package-
if you are middle aged with family and few kids then you should go for High salary package- it gives you a linear career path- usually thats the time when you want to settle down and cant take risks with lots at stake-
a well established , reputable company with a large worldwide branchs is preferable which could have a career bath system and a satisfied package including travels & training abroad .. that is the right firm to join.
