If you want to get a good job you need more than a certificate and work experience ? 1-Agree 2-Disagree

Experience has alwaqys more value than certificate. 

For Managerial or leadership position requires experience. On the other hand, for entry level requires certficate rather than experience.

Mr Rehan , You did not understand my Qoustion, I ment that even if you have the certificate and work experience for the job they might choose someone else has the same or less experience just because his father make some calls or he know some one inside the company
