if you are associated with a brand having great market respect its relatively easy to acheive good sales rate as people will choose brands with credentials or lineage than from brands which came out of nowhere , regardless the sales person should have self confidance and good knowledge of the product/ service,also he/she should address the concerns by listing the objections up front, because people will have easy objections, both parties (the sales man and the customner) know those objections, if neither party brings it up, there wont be any sale, great sales technique is to address all the objections in advance other wise the customer will conclude that you are hiding something .
Know your sales data. It tells everything about a product/brand. Analyze it and make informed decisions and achieve target.
First the salesperson must know what is the product to be sell, know how to deal with the customers and good conduct. He/ she know how to handle if the customers asked a question about the product.
