If you will be the boss of your wife/husband or one of your brothers..How it will affect your job decision?

i think we have to deal about that before we work together

i mean i have to say "when we are at work we deal as a boss and employee to avoid other employers comments

it will affect for sure when other people inside work talk about you

A difficult decision 

Because I am I will be very tough with my relatives

It can be handled professionally, only thing is just don't get biased.
