To converse fluently in English, practise as much as you can.
Note, you do not have to speak with a British person in order to speak it fluently, many British people do not speak English fluently and have variations of their own dialects in the language. There are many non-British people who speak good English too. There are Saudis who were educated in Canada and have returned speaking a good quality of English superior to the poor English that can be heard elsewhere in the region.
