To protect diabetic patiant from DM  complication you should make good control for hyperglycaemia and this will happen the patiant follw the instructions of diet control and treament whether oral or injection and continous follow up of the patiant blood pressure and lipid profile and also ,A1c should be below7 or according to patiant age and associated diseases.diabetic education for teeth , foot and eye also is needed
