Strategies may in include outsourcing, performance based incentives, alternative at lesser cost and time (depending on the task in hand) , compressing the shedule etc.
Approved drawings , approved material , material delivery , equipment or approved subcontractor to implement task and staff to supervise work.
we should prepare schedule according to the above5 issues and client requirement but these issues are very important to finish your project in a given time.

There may be two scenarios related to this question.
First scenario is when sufficient time period is given to you for the successful and smooth completion of the project. In this case you have no worries about going short of time and you can go with a normal pace. You have to make a list of priorities as required by the type of project and start to implement it.
The problem arise in the second scenario when you are going short of time due to allocation of less time period than required. Now we have to study the project thoroughly and make a different priority list. We have to make a list for step by step implementation with more than one task at a time. Suppose there are20 tasks to do in this project. We should try to complete it in less than20 steps according to the time period and possibility of working capacity. If we managed it to do in15 steps then automatically we will finish it in3/4 of originally required time.
Definitely we need more effort in less time and we have to motivate our team with buckups. You will also need to encourage your team with special incentives. Thus you will make sure your project complete in specified time.
To achieve target in a given time frame these steps are important.
Calculate the volume in weeks & daily basis.
· Start work on FTD.
· Due to any reason if FTD not achieved, Raise the volume double for the next day.
· Start working on previous cold calls.
· Check out individually closed customer’s database for references .
