I don't think that any one could become likeable by all. I see that emotional intelligence is a main enabler to become likeable by the people you are targeting.

To be likeable in shotr learn to listening more than to talk

To me, "Integrity" of a person makes him likeable.

well

making new relations with all the poeple around him co-operate with them

try to listen to them more than talking

make favour and don't tell about it

In my point of veiw , Think of give before of take , then he / she will be spport to all people around and not only in work field, according to conept i think some of us know it as long support you give as much love you recive in return.
