Some people say that boot loader more stronger than OS is that true ? and why ?

Bootloader is a piece of code that runs before any operating system is running.

Bootloader are used to boot other operating systems, usually each operating system has a set of bootloaders specific for it.

Bootloaders usually contain several ways to boot the OS kernel and also contain commands for debugging and/or modifying the kernel environment.

Bootloader is the part of the Operating System itself.

Operating system is a system software that interacts with the software running could be MS Word, or excel and the hardware of the computer.

The speed of the computer may not always depend on how powerful the OS is. It could depend upon virtual memory, cache , ram and other hardware configurations. One can regularly run the defragmenter and do a %temp% for optimum performance.

Also the windows OS,( xp, win7, win8 or8.1 is the system software ) is different from Microsoft office software like word, excel. In most cases the OS comes free with the computer but you may have to pay for the application soft wares. Also be aware of the demo version soft wares loaded as they would last for a limited period after which you would be prompted to purchase the software.

a boot loader is a strong program for professional , but no Comparison can be made between operating systems and boot loader  ,  boot loader can make life easier if you study them right , as an example if you have one port for one hard disk at your PC ( motherboard ) and you don't have any other ports at your computer , what will you do if your OS Breakdown or stooped boot ? here comes boot loader , how ? if your want to make new installation for windows or Linux you can use boot loader to boot your ISO OS image from another partition at your hard drive , if you want to boot rescue ISO image you can make that with boot loader , if you want to boot an ISO image like hiern's boot you can do that using boot loader , if you want to use any OS like Linux without installation you can do that with boot loader , you can use boot loader line commands like GRUB2 to make a lot of strong things ( there is a lot of videos to learn you how to use GRUB2 rescue )

operating system a container of a lot of programs that cant be counted , the strongest thing at any operating system is the kernel
