If your employer offered you: to receive a work promotion or a financial support to continue your graduate studies ,Which one you will accept and why?

Being promoted means having bigger responsibility.
And I believe that when you are offered a promotion, that means that your performance in the company is remarkable.
For me, it doesn't matter how high the studies you get to deserve a promotion.It's in the performance and how well can you contribute for the company.
However, if you knew in yourself that you will be needing further knowledge prior promotion, then do so.
Accept the financial support for your studies so that when you go back with the position, you are proud and confident that you are a beneficial addition to the group.
But time and opportunity is of important thing.
So for me, if I know in myself that I can make the duties of the promoted position beyond capabilities, why need to study.
I can study while working.

Proffered to study and then later get performance because then you can put your skills in action and help the company to perform and show bigger profit margins.
I believe any manager is as strong as your weakest staff member.
After study you will cope more with the responsibilities but also in some cases you are at a company where you have the skills to get promoted and can pay for your own studies when you get promoted.
I feel in some cases to get promoted is better than getting your studies paid.
depends on company, experience, company performance and many more.

if you get financial support to finish your graduate studies ,you will gain two things at the minimum,education and promotion.

first you will get a higher degree, education and even qualification.and finally you will be promoted for these new value added work and degree,.

if you  get the promotion only,you will miss on education,and you will probably be at the same place in4 years.

 

so go with financial support.

i would accept the offer to continue my studies because study u once in life always assist u in life and the education is the only thing which helps u in all thick n thin in your life

Financial support to further education may give you, in the long term a greater promotion that in the immediate one and also there might greater financial reward in playing "the long game"

sure i will choose financial support for continoe my graduate cause that already make promotions more easy inside or outside my current organization and also will make me fit more for the promotions in the future , its long term investment and have higher profit than short term promotion

I will choose to complete my graduate studies, to improve my qualifications and then I will have a better opportunity.

I would accept to get financial support to further my studies,because i would be assured to get a better work promotion after completion,either at that same company or another.

work promotion mean you are doing your resposibilities in a good way and you r benefiting the organization.
being promoted means you have bigger resposibilities and new goals your organization is expecting you to fullfil.if you feel you can do it without further study go ahead ,otherwise you need to accept the finacial award and contiue your studies.
