The CUSTOMER is the BUYER and you have to meet all his requirements and specifications - in simple terms BUYERS SPECIFICATIONS

Customer needs which when met will be cutomerr demands.

Customer expectations are simply what the customer expects regarding their interactions and service levels they will receive in the futur
