All the companies want the experienced staff to work with,but unless and until fresher wont get one chance then how come we will get experience?

There are some certain positions with high salary require some experiance.Freshers can get the jobs where the experiance is not mandatory, Fresher should start with a small salary and gain some experience and prove their ability then they may be the "Demand" of the companies.

This is why companies should have apprenticeship, OJT (On-the Job Training) and Internship Programs.

I agree with your statement M RIZWANUL HAQUE SIR , I am even ready to work with less salary but wherever i am sending my resume the only reply i am getting is less experienced and sometimes it is apply apply no reply. 

Yes its very true but you can change the word experienced to BEST and then you will be a bit satisfied for the choice. I guess its the best that requirement from an employer and it doesn't means that person has to be experienced always. A well studied person can also get a good first impression infront of an employer.
