In HVAC, why does the cooling performance of the chiller is affected by the less running condenser fan motor and how it can relates to SUB-COOLING?

Some condenser fan motors are not working and defective.

- selection of any coolling equipment dependes on the out side temp. and inside temp. and inlet outlet temp.

- so if there is any changes in the fan motor of condenser that will effect the cooling of chiller it selfe so how come to meet the requiried cooling load

- for example for any refrigerator we must have a good ventlation and cooling for the condenser , if there is any heat load on the condenser it will effect the preformance of evaporator.

if the condenser didn't cooled properly ...the high pressure freon gas will not be condensate and the principal of DX cooling is liquid enter the evaporator and start to suck heat and evaporate

The cooling performance of the chiller is affected by the condenser receive  high-pressure superheated gas, cools it down to saturation temperature, condenses it to liquid, and finally sub cools it slightly. The energy removed in the condenser is seen to be refrigerating effect plus the heat of compression.
