أنشئ حسابًا أو سجّل الدخول للانضمام إلى مجتمعك المهني.
- Define your resources correctly
- Define your tasks and the parameters of each task (resources, duration, dependency, & start and finish conditions)
- Check for any resource conflicts identified by the system and resolve any problems
- Base line the project
- Record actual progress.
- Check for deviations identified by the system and resolve any problems after getting management approval for any resultng deviation in completion time and/or cost.
I agree with Mr Mohammad answer, but the most important thing is that MS Project is just a tool, software, so the best way to manage it is having a clear idea of it and then use the software as what it has been designed for.
