Nope! Not yet.

"New Horizons are to be conquered as yet."

I am that sort of a soul who always wants Perfection. Whenever I do something which is hugely praised by all my Colleagues, I simply feel I could have done that in a much better way & I focus my attention to that perfect piece of work which I myself would adore. I just compete with my ownself and, till date, I am waiting for that precious moment when "Farhana Siddique will herself get satisfied with her work/achievement." Thanks

Yes, I've done my best with my last job, because I worked directly with the customers and their problems; that is an important part of the job for me....

Looking back on my life there is very little that I would change. I consider myself blessed to have been given the opportunity to experience life to the full. However I am still ready for another challenge, maybe write a book, take a job in the Middle East (any job, it's the experience that I'm after), learn Arabic and basically anything different!

Better to work in the professional life of a person is not absolute, because the nature of the business is different, and different relative weight - but we can say: Are you satisfied conscience towards your business, you worked with dedication, professionalism and professional

Looking back on your last position, have you done your best work? What They’re Really Asking Interviewing for a job can be an exhilarating but challenging task full of a myriad of questions. One of those may be, “Looking back on your best position, have you done your best work?” While this may seem personal, what the interviewer really wants to unravel are your abilities and how to react when asked to honestly reflect on your past work. This question may also give an interviewer insight on how you could improve your work performance with their company. Points to Emphasize When answering this question, it is important to answer truthfully with these objectives in mind: · Be honest and emphasize your strong suits.· Give a specific example when you put forth all your effort, such as a product promotion event.· Tell how your hard work benefited customers or the company.· Tell about recognition you received for extra effort. Remember to answer in a positive manner and tell your interviewer how much you learned about yourself when putting in your best effort. Mistakes You Should Avoid This question can be difficult to answer, as you want to be honest but do not want to give yourself a bad representation.

However, you also do not want to be confident to the point where you are arrogant. Some other points to consider include the following: · Do not tell your interviewer that you always aim for the stars and never falter.· Do not give details on that one time you were sick and could not come into work for a whole week, thus decreasing your effort.· Do not blame your administration or boss for your lack of effort. Remember to steer clear of negativity or a pompous demeanor, as both of these will give your interviewer a good reason to not hire you. Sample Answer When preparing for an interview, make sure you practice this question. Your answer could be something like this:

“My last position required me to put forth strong effort each day. While not everyday brought me large successes, I always tried my best to make sure each day was positive and benefited my customers. My last job allowed me to stretch my abilities and grow in new areas, while learning how to be a stronger employee. However, I can always grow and look forward to taking steps toward that with this company.” No matter what type of job you interview for, this question is just another way for your potential future manager to understand your skills and representation of yourself.
