You need36 to45 ton ; in Gulf we take1 ton for each20 to25 square meter

first please tell me:

1-where is villa located?

2-is ther any other buildings side to side around it?

 

Please use heat load calculation software like HAP to get exact results. Load depends upon building structrue, windows, occupancy and orientation. 

Considering an atmospheric peak temperature of50deg celcius u might require a52 ton machine maximum. But this is just a thumb rule, in my last project the chiller we had selected was having a tonnage of250tons at atmospheric temp of51deg celcius, the same chiller will do380 tons at atmospheric temp of37deg celcius.

In USA we use one Ton for every400 squares feet. So after converting300 meters to squares feet I come up with8 Ton for every floor that mean you will need24 ton for your building. If it does not exist in the market go with the next close number like25 Ton or even30 Ton.

One Ton for400 Square Feet

 

 

 

3229 ÷400 =8 Ton.
