Hello everybody I want to ask a question about the turbo-alternator what is the principal fonction for this synchron speed and what about a puissance

1) Synchronous speed in Alternator is produced from Turbine( Fulfills N=120f/P, where N= Synchronous RPM,f= Electrical Frequency,P=number of Poles.). At Synchronous Speed by providing proper Excitation in Alternator Rotor Flux cut in Stator Winding of Alternator,Rate of Change of Flux Linkage, according to Faraday's Law of Electromagnetic Induction Voltage is Produced with Rated Frequency.  

2) AVR get permissive for Voltage Buildup once the Alternator reaches90 % of Synchronous Speed.At100% speed The AVR becomes properly helathy for the Voltage buildup Function.

Puissance:-

Means to analyse the Wave-form of3 Phase Voltage, Frequency,their Harmonic distortion .these performance allows us to synthesize & Analyze the Power( Voltage Current,Harmonics etc) measurement accurately for proper Utilization.
