The matter is quite normal I experimented with this number many and few
It is normal, nothing to be worry about it and do the responsibility.
As i already do that , i think the accurate word can say it (( Responsible Person )) in order i must look for my team before me , which against the human nature is being think of yourself before others , finally as much employees you lead as much responsiblety you have, being leader or manager make you know the mean of give and look for result before think of getting back in return.
It is not a problem. It gives you an opportunity to understand individual motivations and personalities, as well as develop appropriate boundaries that can disappear with such a small number of employees.
