Is age an important factor where most company like to engage young graduate candidates with lower salary in retail management?

If you are with postive attitude and company requirement suits your vast exeperice over the period plus you are fit and energetice may not effect age of senior job seekers

Well....Age has its own role to play while  companies hire for marketing as far as jobs at entery level and midlle management is concerned,but, it doesn"t prove a road block for positions that need highly experienced,innovative people with right educational background in marketing like MBA etc.Companies preffer to hire senior people who have stock piles of experience only to add to the success of a company.So,in that respect being senior is an advantage and not otherwise....
