If a fresher goes to an interview they are asking for experience, then how fresher will get the experience if he's not getting job anywhere?

Actually I think fresher at this situation should attract the employer by :

• Tell him that he is very fast in self learning.
• Tell him that you have a lot of relationships.
• Tell him that you don't want a very big salary.

Also contact a company that offers Temporary Employment Services such as Office Team/ Accountemps. Temporary Employment Agencies also offer training on software.

That is a very good question as i faced the same issue.

but you can turn over the whole interview in your side by that i mean you can show the interviewer that you deserves this job as you are qualified and fast learner and smart worker
