How can a Cashier continue to be trustworthy, honest and faithful to his employers?

There are few things you will ever find in life that are more valuable than a reputation as an honest, trustworthy person . And think of it! Anyone can build  such  a reputation. It does not depend on you talent, wealth, looks, social background  or any other factor beyond  your control. Nonetheless , many fail to acquire the treasure of a good  reputation. It is a parity. (micah7:2) some may scoff at you for being honest , but others  will appreciate your honesty, and they will reward you with their trust and their respect. Honesty brings even greater blessings. You will have the blessing of a clean conscience. Yes, being honest  help you to remain in God'S Love and we seek no higher reward than that. 

That is easy to answer but hard when it comes to convincing others because all people can say "by keep doing what you've always been doing such as being honest, trustworthy and stuff lke NOT STEALING from employers" but most bosses fail to recognise these personality aspects therefore not showing any kind of appreceaton to the employee which rflects in his behaveor on the long term resulting either in resignation or stealing from the employer.
