What methods & parameters do you use to rate your contractors/vendors and how much weight (in percentage) is given to the various parameters?

Vendor performance can be rated based on the following parameters

1. Conformity to Delivery Schedules - Delivery Performance - No of Days Delays

2. Compliance to Quality Standards - Rejections

3. Order Fullfilment - %ge of material delivered against order

4. Price Status - Rating based on other suppliers

5. Manufacturing flexibility - Ability to respond for immediate requirement
