That's a good question. Took me some time to remember all my experience. In Russia it's quite difficult to get used to the micro environment. People in here like to discuss private lives, give advice on how to live , and suddenly you find out all the unnecessary information about your colleagues.
Though when I worked abroad, I liked the way the business is done in the USA and France. Most people follow the instructions, corporate ethics - which is great! I appreciate this kind of system.
Speaking about clients, I've never faced problems with them. You just need to treat them nicely and be polite.
That's a really nice question! Thx.
yes i agree but think the most challenge is to be yourself, enjoy your work and do your best specially when not in your own country. Each work do have challenges but at the end our entire life is an challenge because everyday is a new/fresh day to start new issues, new opportunity, new success and challenges. if there is no challenges at your work then either start to work on it or you might end up facings a bad time at work. I think the biggest challenges is to keep yourself, your boss, your customers and staff happy.

All of it has its own difficulties or challenges, each position on each companies I handled has their own standard operations procedures to follow religiously. Strict superiors, difficult colleagues and staff are one important spices when your dealing with work environment, we need good relations with them for us to provide harmonious service to paying customers. Hard to handle customer is very challenging, first, let them vent their feelings and own the situation and provide resolutions that is beneficial to both parties but still follow companies policies.
