What are the main criterias are considered during Apprisals...come out with open answers...

because engineers basic will start from problem solving skill then only we can realize the job satisfaction and goal achievements.It can realize every organization behaviors & solution.And most important don't have any problem, we can't creative effective ideas & tools.we want achieve anything should be solve the problem first with effective tools.

appraisal in engineering field purely depends upon the problem solving skill adopted by the engineer and effective use of available tools for the problem solving. So top officials looks only the goal we set in primary and what are the goals we achieved through out, by analyzing that appraisals happens. so effective time management and team leading skill would be the key for success. By creating a good team we can achieve the goals easily. 

The criterias vary from industry to industry. But basic criterias are knowledge, performance, team work & flexibility.
