What would you do if you run out of ideas for a new Ad?

google it.

Just take a break and start again. You can never really run out of ideas. Brainstorming, group discussions, indulging in creative tasks, surfing the net or even a random conversation on something interesting can spur an idea for a new ad. So the only advice here is not to give up and keep trying.
