What is the effect of over vibration in concrete?

Hello Mr.Darwish,

Vibration  is necessary for good compaction of concrete but if the vibration is more than the requirement i.e., over vibration which leads to segregation of course aggregate at bottom and cement slurry will come at top which affect the homogenity of the concrete.
