What is the shortcut key for "edit" in MS excel?

1) If you mean "Edit" menu, It's not in Excel2007 or later versions. It exists in Excel2003 or previous versions.

The short cut to open the Edit menu is simply: (ALT+E)

2) But if you mean (Edit cell). press (F2) button.
