Can you create a 3D graphic without a computer?

nooooo, graphic is an art based on drawing to create graphical shape and it could be visually looks3d and it is not. for3d computer graphics you are drawing lines in depth and using render process to give the look of3d.

but how you can create3D graphic manually without using CGI programs? if you do manually it will be3D installation or sculpt form not3D Graphic.
