My biggest problem when you have a lot work business in the market and you cannot handle them all due to :1-Workers No.
are not enough ,
2- Lack of workers experience and training ,
3- Experienced Workers turn over no is so big,
4- you got to keep the cost and labor expense as minimum as you can.
5- when you hire experienced workers the cost goes higher and some times the market fluctuates all the time.

Really, having no problems and no stress made me reaching to the max stress points as this (silence) hides a storm behind it which is being formed by OTHERS.

It depends on the type of activity and the size of the project, but in general we as possible to put key points, including the following: When there is no proper link between diverse departments in the company and there is no good financial management And also when there are more than one executive authority within the institution or company and in particular within the same section.
And also the central and decentralized decisions Erroneous reports of sections Erroneous estimates Inability to control Negative external interventions And other points .........
