hi, since the question was on presentation skills, then the following should help.
1) Prepare extensively so that answers are available on each and every point of the presentation. I assume the presentation will have the following: need for the product, swot analysis, consumer behaviour, time of introduction into the market, competitors, pricing, distribution, marketing, logistics, finance for all these and break even analysis.
2) When a question is asked, do not frown. Be pleasant and do not interrupt until the question is completed, even if youknow the answer beforehand. If you do not know the answer, say 'i'm sorry, but will have to get back to you on this".
3) Smart dressing is a big plus
4) Be confident. practice delivering the presentation2-3 times, so you know which slide comes where and what you need to speak.
5) Keep notes handy, especially statistics and figures which you are not expected to remember.
6) Avoid over gesticulation with your hands. Use a pointer if required and
7) Keep a glass of water handy. A starined or a dry throat can be a hinderance.
Thank you.
My Personnel Opinion
1. Your self presentation skills, and persona will come into play, posture, confidence. Preparation of your meeting the3 PPPs
2. Show them you are a good listener and peoples person, willing to develop
3. Deliver facts, and not a outline of possibilities
4. Products and services given in a simple term, and not jargon
5. Review your discussion at the end, to show you have appreciated there concerns and addressed them.
6. Finalise another date, to meet or call.
Some great answers. The only other2 things I would add are Passion and Belief. Believe in the product you are promoting, let your passion for what you are promoting come through, and you can virtually guarantee a successful outcome!
