The English language was never a 'pure' language. Many words used in the English language originate from other countries. There are establishments and universities for example who try to keep the 'old' English language alive but in its true form the language can be stiff, wooden and difficult to understand with some listeners losing patience and wanting to listen to a more informal, friendlier and sociable interpretation of the language. Many English speakers do not speak the old English. Even politicians have to get with it and come to the people with real up to date language whether they like it or not. The young have their own language and many new words are in the English dictionary which would have been considered blasphemous or just not suitable years ago. I tend to find people from other countries can sound better speaking English than English speakers whose first language is not English. Also consider that for many people, English language has colonial roots which they despise and so their own language of communication can exclude those it sees as oppressors. English is becoming far less the language of business with many asian and now african languages developing businesses worldwide. Lastly, the arrogance of the English has been its downfall. Travel all over the world and Engljsh expect other to speak English, yet very few English speakers can speak or are even willing to learn another language.

The English language like any other language invites learners -simply because they are learners- to make mistakes or funny reproductions of the English language. Although they are weird sometimes, these mistakes are vital to our understanding of our learners and the way they have learnt the language

I have noticed this also; however, dont think this forum is designed (or intended) to check our grammar, academic skills etc. it is merely a 'go to' space for people in the same industry.

Further considering that most people are working with touch screen technology, it's not uncommon to make typing mistakes as these screens and keypads are very sensitive

The correct use of English sentences is not dead but it is certainly in decline. Modern society has given us "Street Slang", "Text speak" and a variety of other abominations which have led to a decline in the correct usage of the English language generally.
