I always prioritize my work through notebook. Please see the steps:

1. Important - Due soon

All project objectives (and tasks) must be SMART:

1. Specific: expressed clearly and singularly
2. Measurable: ideally in quantitative terms
3. Acceptable: to stakeholders
4. Realistic: in terms of achievement
5. Time-bound: a timeframe is stated
