For me, age really isn't a direct factor in hiring. Sometimes, ladies with younger children can disrupt work with frequent, unexpected absences or lateness to work. For this reason maybe women above the age of40 may be more interesting. However, this is not a hard and fast rule.
Nationality can come into play when thinking about language skills, personality, and the ability to mix well with the other team members.
However, color isn't a factor. Let's replace color with dressing style and self-confidence, which really do make a difference.
