What are the advantages of using Innodb over MyIASM storage engine in addition to transaction safe and foreign key constraint supports in innodb?

for small databases and systems MyIasm is faster than InnoDB , 

but if your database could be increase and be largrer teh innoDB will be faster ,

innoDB lock record but myIsam support table level locking 

in addition of that innoDB able to create relations and triggers

Other two advantages are:

• InnoDB supports row level locking, while MyIASM supports table level locking
• InnoDB writes data to pages in PK order
