In any service delivery there are existing services in the service catalog and suggested what do we call the coming services or set of services?

1. Service pipeline (proposed or in development)

2. Service catalog (live or available for deployment)

3. Retired services

Service Portfolio =1+2+3

In service delivery ,Comming services are Known as Services in Pipe Line !

Future or planned services that we did not design yet are put in a category called 'pipe line' ,one it is ready to deliver it is put in catalogue and publicly available to customer to use ,

the service catalogue (part of the service portfolio) contains the actual services delivered by the organization. however service portfolio contains what is called "service pipeline" which contains the new (coming) services which are still in the earlier phases on the services life cycle and didnt yet pass the service transition phase. service portfolio also contains a list of "retired services".
