Why the result of sites count numbers at google egypt search differ than google uk or us ?

Tell me what are the differences between the following results ?

Differences Because of the following :

safe search , different servers , sign in to Google ( because of Google AI conclusion ) , HTTPS vs HTTP , Different Languages and there is more

Google has many servers located in different countries, so according for your IP and google server ,your result will come from nearest server. if you want more result ,make sure you always search from www.google.com 

Because they want to give relavent results based on your location , language and intrest , and also its only way to make there sorting algorthem work propery 

Just Think an Egyption , An Indian and Person from USA simple search for property what they expact in there search offcourse they want there loca sites in results and that whats google is doing

It is not only different in Google Egypt and Google UK, but different in2 different computers inside Egypt. Google Search Engine offers search results as per user's interests & other information which is collected via Gmail, GTalk, your search history and coockies in your browser. So once Google analysis your interest it filter out results based on it. I hope it makes sense.
