Yes, swift reparation is one of tht tools to keep ur customer, I can't get ur2nd exactly ! do u mean the same customer after reparation ? or ur customers in general ? any how ...in general u should c the " the customr's churn reasons  & avoid them ..in addition to all aspects of Customer Care golden rules .
