Which project management software and tools do you prefer using? Why?

For project management I use MS Project.

For chart building I use Lucidhart

For IT Demand Management I have developed my own software based on MS Access

the most used tool is the MS project professional , and i also prefer this software becouse the  benefits of integration with other microsoft application like Outlook

Microsoft Office Project2007 /2010

It is as easy and as professional, you can handle and manage all your projects and can define time line for your work.

I am using MSProject because it is user friendly and seem quit similar to MS Office in use. 

I use MS Project because I see that it satisfied my requirements so far and its ease of use and its seamless integration with MS Office.
