Do you find it difficult to combine office work with your family needs?

With three kids, the older being7 years old, sure I have alot of trouble managing between work and home. In our organization having the flexability to work from home for certain projects and take family emergency leaves when needed, helps me alot and motivates me as an employee to make it up for my employer for making this balance a little bet easier.

It could happen in many cases. Currently I don't have this problem.
