How much time needed for 100 students report in Excel, displaying color bars for different Marks,Ranks,Overall result with in it's cell?

That may include2 tings and may take an hour or two

1) data enrtry:- enter all the data pertainig to the students, Name, Subjet, Total Marks, Passing marks & actual marks obtained.

2) Data processing :- Which includes few IF Commands (giving you the actual results like pass, fail percentage etc) and conditional formatings.

It defers from peson to person

although its depend by which method we are going to calculate  the sheet.

its depends time may vary from seconds to minutes.

for me i think might be minute.

Using the office2010, coding colors for differnt values in numerous columns is very easy through coditional formatting options and can take seconds.
