Can you apply process improvement tools to improve human relationships?

I would use social intellegance and continual improvement concept.

but for me Human relation start with connection, connection leads to care which leads to belonging. work on that you'll have Loyality and perhaps may be love

The quality tools are applicable for all activities because it is general topics. The deming wheel expressing a summery for each process by (Plan-Do-Check-Act)
